1. How to redeem your prize:

The instore and online discount vouchers will be sent by email when the game is finished and can be redeemed:

a) Online at Shop Online at Zurich Duty Free | Duty Free Zurich Airport Shops (shopdutyfree.com) and Shop Online at Basel Duty Free | Duty Free Basel Airport Shops (shopdutyfree.com) with a promocode STC5 or STC10

b). In the Zurich and Basel Duty Free presenting the discount QR code you have received by email at the till. Please make sure you present your loyalty QR code and the discount voucher received by email.

c) The Switzerland Tourism Voucher will be sent by email as a PDF file. The winner will be contacted by our Customer Service Office ch@avolta.netat the email address used to register as a member.‌
