Les Folies is a reminder of Loudenne’s three hundred years of glamour and elegance. With Les Folies, Loudenne has returned to its former activity of wine merchant to become one of the ambassadors of Bordeaux wines. The Loudenne Cellar Master selects the wines for Les Folies with the same passion and attention to detail as for the wine that gave the Château its name. These wines come from carefully selected winegrowers from the Entre-Deux-Mer area. The blend is composed of 85% Sauvignon which brings liveliness and aromas of citrus, and 15% Semillon for smoothness. A shiny pale-yellow color. Fruity nose with citrus notes (grapefruit & lemon). Good aromatic intensity. On the palate, the lively attack reveals citrus notes, particularly lemon.
